By adopting a progressive human-centered approach, we focus on supporting adolescents and elderly individuals, striving to bridge the gap for those who are most isolated and marginalized.

Initially, we will focus on creating positive pathways for both groups to make independent decisions and share their challenges, experiences, and learnings.

For adolescents, we will emphasize participation and amplifying their voices by creating platforms to address issues such as decision-making, negotiation, and career options. Additionally, we will develop evidence-based tools to encourage communities to become agents of change and establish learning-sharing platforms for individuals who are excluded from social networks.
