Our Founder

Dr. Shalini Singh holds a Doctorate degree in Human Development. Her Doctorate research focuses on “Patterns of Attachment to Parents and Peers during Adolescence and its Association with School Attachment”. She has over 15 years of extensive professional experience in child protection, education, adolescent development, gender issues, and life skills. She has worked at both national and international organization and currently serves as a Consultant. In her role Dr. Singh collaborates with the Department of Education, Rajasthan Police Academy, and the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, focusing on program planning, design, implementation, and the development of training packages.

Since September 2019, Dr. Singh has support to ‘Adolescent Development’ programme on career guidance, girls education, and life skills education. In this role, she works closely with the Department of Education, Samagra Shiksha (SmSA), Rajasthan, overseeing initiatives that include parental engagement in early childhood care and education, as well as community engagement.

She is also contributing to the capacity development of human resources within the Department of Education, Rajasthan Police Academy. This includes teacher training, capacity building, content creation and curation, behaviour change communication for teachers and parents, piloting and demonstrating innovative approaches, and program planning and monitoring to meet the targets of NEP 2020. Noticeably, working with the Department of Education and other administrative units of prestigious universities in close coordination is also part of the list. She has a strong passion for delivering high-quality training and demonstrates a commitment to evidence-based learning. Dr. Singh firmly believes that everyone deserves a space for their participation and voice.
